1. Booking & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to your trip date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment methods.
• All prices are in INR and include GST where applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the trip: Full refund of deposit.
• Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to the trip: 50% of deposit refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the trip: No refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances with full refund or rescheduling.

3. Safety & Conduct

• All participants must follow the captain's instructions at all times.
• We reserve the right to terminate any trip without refund for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
• Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safety.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation but intoxication will not be tolerated.

4. Fishing Regulations

• We follow all local fishing regulations and catch limits.
• Catch and release is encouraged for certain species as per guidelines.
• We practice sustainable fishing methods.

5. Liability

• Bite Me Charter is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance.
• We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

6. Weather Policy

• The captain has sole discretion to cancel or modify trips due to weather conditions.
• In case of cancellation due to weather, trips will be rescheduled or refunded.

7. Changes to Bookings

• Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.
• No-shows will be charged the full trip amount.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties except as required for trip operations. Please see our Data Collection Policy for more details.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

10. Changes to Terms

Bite Me Charter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
