At Bite Me Charter, we make the payment process simple and secure. Below you'll find all the information you need regarding deposits, payment methods, and our cancellation policy.
Deposit Requirements
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to your trip date
- Last-minute bookings (within 30 days) require full payment

Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfers to our Indian account. Contact us for banking details.
PayPal
Secure international payments with PayPal (3.5% processing fee applies).
UPI Payments
Instant payments via PhonePe, Google Pay, or other UPI apps.
Credit/Debit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted (processing fees may apply).
Cancellation Policy
Important: All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- 60+ days before trip: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 30-59 days before trip: 50% of total amount refunded
- 0-29 days before trip: No refund available
- Weather cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded
Frequently Asked Questions
Payment confirmations are sent within 24 hours of receiving your payment. For bank transfers, this may take 1-2 business days to process.
We strongly recommend completing payments in advance. Cash payments may be accepted in special circumstances but require prior approval and a 50% deposit.
Our primary currency is Indian Rupees (INR). We can accept USD via PayPal, but the amount will be converted at the current exchange rate.
